At Levitate Sneakers is a guarantee that we only accept and source from legitimate sellers and sources to maintain an outstanding brand reputation and to hold a track record to be the most trusted sneaker platform within Australia. Our priority is to create the ultimate buying experience when shopping for your favorite sneakers. In order to achieve this, we want to ensure our customers feel safe and secure when shopping and have full confidence in the legitimacy of their purchase.
Levitate Sneakers has been a part of the sneaker industry, supplying and sourcing sneakerheads for years. We have built a brand around our driving passion for sneakers and streetwear to create an environment that we sneakerheads would want to be involved with too. You can shop confidently knowing all merchandise is authentic and guaranteed.
As a guarantee, if you receive fake sneakers we will provide you with a FULL REFUND of your purchase price for all items. All that is required is for you to prove to us that the item(s) are fake.
- If you are returning sneakers since they are not legitimate, you will get a full refund once you return the sneakers to us and they are indeed not authentic.
- To date, we have received 0 returns based on authenticity since our launch in February 2022.
- False returns will be subject to additional fees & charges.
Please note:
For the prove of items from us are fake, we require photo/video proofs of our unique shopping tag still remain attached on the product. Otherwise we do not accept any checks without the proof of purchase (our unique tag) which we will not offer any refund and compensation.
For all refunds, the package remains the responsibility of the customer until it is received by Levitate Sneakers.
Once we receive your return, items will be evaluated as to whether they have been worn before your refund is made.
As we are a platform, Levitate Sneakers reserves the right to make the final decision on all authenticity cases on behalf of our sellers.
